BSK6th Stage 4th H block - Development

Hi,

I'm a site owner of BSK 6th Stage 4th 'H' block behind KARISHMA Resorts and EAST side of TURAHALLI forest. Would like to know any developments happening? Planning to construct my house and move in.

Please post any development activities around this area. I also came across about GOLDEN GATE have withdrew their apartment construction. is that true?

Kamal,
I did not see much construction or houses in that area. There is a college coming up for which the sheds have been erected in a CA site in proper 4th block, seems work is going on fast. The other developmental activities that I noticed were -
1. Brigade apartments construction in 2nd (or is it 1st) block
2. RV school coming up rapidly in 8th block
All said, BSK6 is one layout which I believe has tremendous potential to develop over a period of time.

I think u are talking about Dhramasthala trust School building which they have started CA site in proper 4th block.

1. @bsktoday About the construction in 4th block: what I came to know is that it is college being built by RV Institutions
2. @KKRN About the school in 8th block: It is Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra (http://rvkbsk.org/). School is accepting admission and will operate from June 2012.

this is nice development . I am sure BSK 6th stage will be developing fast in next 2 - 3 years.
BWSSB has promised water to few blocks in BSK 6th stage in June 2012 this wil boost the growth.

Unfortunately though, the rate in the entire layout has been highly inflated. For genuine buyers like me, who want to buy and construct, it is almost becoming next to impossible to find a genuine seller who is a direct allottee (from my experience). The area is swarmed with brokers and resellers, in a way scaring away buyers. In areas like 3/5 blocks the fancy rates quoted are around 3200 to 3500/sqft, which is down right ridiculous.

I understand your concern on the jacked up prices, and it is truly insane. But why do you think one should buy ONLY from a direct allottee? As long as the documents are clean and the seller (allottee or re-seller) has clear maketeable title with him, it should not be a concern. Of course, you'll find umpteen number of owners pretending to be genuine sellers, just to get a pulse on the ongoing rate and feel happy about it

this how the entire bangalore has come in many years. all hold property for kids grands kids ....even though we have land and people to buy and construct its is not possible.

I am site owner too. bsk 6th stage 3rd block. hoping to construct house soon.

Is there a solution to this broker menace ....yes ....we have to unite. until we communicate and unite they will make use of the situation..

so post more often and keep communicating to find genuine ower who want to sell site....

@bsktoday.. like you I want to construcing my home and move it. But thinging about safety, electricity & most important water, sewage connection etc., make me worry and delay in construction.
