Precast compound wall

Post by Vinay Simha »

Hello All,
I am planning to put precast compound wall for my site in Anjanapura. Should we get the site marked again and seek BDA approval before I begin the work ?

Please advise if any process needs to be followed or published by BDA.
If anyone has put compound wall , please share your experiences and learnings.

If you have got the marking done earlier and confident about the site positioning - no need to get any approval. Remember if you get it wrong your neighbor will complain and you need to get it reworked - which is quite expensive.

there are many vendors who provide pre-cast compound frames. Decide you want to for 5/6 ft and let him know. Ideally having a gate added also helps.
