How about buying a plot in SCR layout anjanapura 9 block

Please let us know, is it safe to buy a plot in SCR layout Anjanapura 9th block? Is there any legal issues in this layout ?
it is a private layout with A khata plots.
Please share the information which you know already, it will surely help us a lot.
