Ongoing price in Anjanapura 5th Block.

Can someone tell me the ongoing price/sq feet in Anjanapura 5th Block?

Last week I visited Anjanapura, I have a site @5thG block.
Broker was telling Rs 4100-4200/sqft for east facing, 3900-4000/ sqft for north and west facing , 3800 - 3900/ sqft for south facing.
