Ongoing rate in Anjanapura 8th block

One of the direct seller is quoting 3.9k for 60*40 in Anjanapura 8th block. The site is behind the half contructed building/villas in 8th block. Is the rate quoted better?

Hi, 3.9k looks to be on the higher side. You better check with couple of others as well. But, finding a direct seller is the problem.

What is the current rate in Anjanapura 8th block?

I have been offered a site @4200. Would it be worth to invest?

Is there any development over there?

I think it depends a lot on the location within 8th block. If its backside of Vajramani , then I would say 4200 is an OK price. But if its in the area adjoining 6th /7th block ( beside the road that takes you to the 1st block , in the valley ) then I would say its slightly on the higher side. Now that, Anjanapura is actively in the line for getting Kavery water ( which I assume would take another 3-4 years ) I would say its good to invest.
