Advise needed - not paid property tax on anjanapura site

Hi Friends,
I have been out of the country for past few years and have not paid property tax on my anjanapura IX block site for past 5 years. I have tried many times in the past years to pay using the BDA online tax payment system, but it never accepted any of my credit/debit cards.
Unfortunately, I do not have much local help in this area.
I am getting nervous on what to do now. Will BDA confisticate/take away my site since I have not paid property tax for more than 5 years ? Please let me know..
