Iam happy and glad to share GOOD NEWS for all the residents and site owners in ANJANAPURA 1-11 BLOCKS,
As per our Hon'ble M.P.shri D.K.SURESH Anna direction finally 1-8 blocks are getting water in pipeline in Phased manner , The tender for water wall which was rejected by BWSSB board due to its bidding cost being 230% higher than their expected cost had caused so much delay ,
Now the water walves shall be installed by the chief engineer powers of fund allocation upto Rs 1 lakh per bill and glad that the Contractor entitled for Further extension work has been initiated for installation of Water walves for which he has agreed ,Hence 1-8 blocks water expected in short while ,
For ANy further clarification you may attend our association meeting at Sri Anjaneya swamy temple ,near vajramuni estate 10.30 am upto 11.15 am ,every 1st sunday and 3rd sunday of every month,
GOOD NEWS FOR FURTHER EXTENSION 9,10 AND 11 BLOCKS,
There has been shortage of funds in BDA and they have not paid Water Pipeline and GLR tender amount to BWSSB ,with our hard follow up only 3 crores was allocated ,
The work in Further Extension is in full swing and suddenly due to non Payment of BDA to BWSSB ,there are speculation that the work will be stopped by the contractor ,
Hence forth after our approach to our Hon.M.P.Shri D.K.SURESH anna for discussion of same ,, we are glad that he spoke to BDA Commisioner and instructed him to pay amount Immediately ,
Our Follow up with FINANCE MEMBER ,BDA is ON since 15-20 days ,Every time he speaks of shortage of funds and each time he says he shall do it in couple of days ,After a couple of meeting and discussions he had finally given the nod ,,, the funds shall be allocated by this week ,,, around 10 crores,

Now BWSSB shall Henceforth call for UGD AND STP tender ,Finally our association has made it a Dream come True , It has taken a lot of hard work since few months FROM OUR ASSOCIATION following the DPR with BWSSB and handing over to BDA ,getting DPR sanctioned in BDA BOARD MEETING and Now ALLOCATION OF ADVANCE PAYMENT from Our ASSOCIATION ,

WATER PIPELINE TENDER AND GLR CONSTRUCTION PAYMENT FOLLOW UP TO GET RS 8 CRORE RELEASED Was not a easy job ,Inspite of BWSSB chairman ,BWSSB Chief Engineer Projects request the BDA had not paid,Later I had taken the issue to Hon'ble M.P.Shri .D.K.Suresh Anna ,Only after his phone call to BDA Commisioner and everyday follow up since almost 2 months we were successful in getting APPROVAL FOR FLOATING UGD AND STP FOR ALL BLOCKS ANAJANAPURA TENDER BY BWSSB,
The Finance Member had already stated that Rs 5 crore shall be given in a week time during our follow up last week for which he has released now ,
also during Tuesday Meeting after our Hon'ble MP shri D.K.SURESH ANNA spoke along with BWSSB chairmain to the BDA commissioner ,after which the payment was agreed ,
Our Hon'ble MP shri D,K.SURESH ANNA had told to release RS 5 CRORE FOR UGD AND STP and Rs 5 crore for The ongoing water pipeline project ,
But BDA has just released Rs 5 crore ,we will follow up for another Rs 5 crore to be given at the earliest,
LBSNRWA has DONE LOT OF PRELIMINARY GROUND WORK TO GET UGD AND STP tender happen ,Right from following up with DPR Which was rejected by the EM (BDA CHIEF ENGINEER )MR.NAYAK due to non availability of proper SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT DRAWING in October last year 2014,Later in JANUARY 2015 STP drawing was again prepared by BWSSB and handed over to BDA , After our daily follow up with BDA Commissioner The matter was taken in board in FEBRUARY 2015,
Finally the UGD and STP got approval from BDA BOARD MEETING ,
After the Matter was passed in BDA BOARD MEETING , BWSSB STRICTLY DENIED THAT THEY SHALL NOT CALL FOR UGD AND STP TENDER UNLESS THEY GET WATER PIPELINE AMOUNT ,AGAIN FROM MARCH 2015 ,WE STARTED FOLLOWING UP WITH BDA COMMISSIONER AND FINANCE MEMBER ,THE FINANCE MEMBER,BDA, told that they are in shortage of funds and every week they told the same Reason ,In May 2015 Our Hon'ble M.P.SHRI D.K.SURESH ANNA intervened and instructed BDA commissioner to release Payment for ON GOING water pipeline and GLR construction project in ANJANAPURA ,First part payment of Rs 3 crore was given ,Then after EVERY ALTERNATE DAY FOLLOW UP ALMOST ONE MONTH LATER Rs 5 crore was released with a Promise that this week Rs 5 crore shall be released to BWSSB ,WE HAD A FOLLOW UP ALMOST EVERY ALTERNATE DAY ,but did not post anything here for the reason being very simple ,....."SUCCESS HAS MANY FATHERS , FAILURE IS AN ORPHAN",.....ONLY GOD AND PEOPLE WHO SEEN LBSNRWA work know the fact,

Team AFERWA has met BWSSB chairman on 16th Jun @ 12:30pm Cauvery Bhavan along with honorable MP Mr. DK Suresh. Frist of our sincere thanks to Mr. DKS for his remarkable help and support towards Anjanapura Further extension developmental works.
MOM of meeting is like below,
People present: BWSSB Chairman (Mr. Anjum Pervez), Mr. DK Suresh (Honorable MP Bangalore South) Team AFERWA (Sree Gowda, Prabhakar, Munivenkatappa, Sampath Kumar, Kumar, Murugan, Sudhir and many more) & Mueen
1. Reviewed the current BWSSB work progress of the GLR and Water supply lanes work happening for 9-11th Blocks.
2. AFERWA was specific about UGD project status for 9-11th blocks and raised about its tender process status. Mr. Pervez stated we have not received neither a payment towards 9-11th blocks UGD projects from BDA nor a letter from BDA. The released money (Rs. 8 Crore) was towards bill payment for Contractor for the work which he already carried out like GLR and Water lane laying @ 9-11th blocks.
3. MR. MP & BWSSB Chairman had called BDA commissioner Mr. Shyam Bhat over telephone and asked about budget allocation status towards Rs. 27 Crore UGD project for 9-11th Blocks (only for Anjanapura Further Extension). BWSSB Chairman wanted payment at least of Rs. 5 crore for Cauvery water supply and Rs. 5 crore for Further extension UGD works to starts it tender process. Mr. Bhat expressed to arrange for Rs. 5 crore due to shortage of funds in BDA. Mr. MP has told commissioner, now AFERWA team will come and meet you about this.
4. After the call Mr. MP & Mr. Pervez advised to AFWERVA team to get Rs. 5 crore along with a enclosed letter from BDA stating that the amount is towards specific to Anjaanpura Further extension UGD project. Then only we will be able to call tender.
5. As per honorable MP direction, team AFERWA immediately called BDA commissioner secretary and got an appointment to meet Mr. Bhat about Anjanapura Further Extension UGD Project.
6. Team AFERWA met BDA commissioner at around 1:40pm to 2pm on same day and explained and requested to provide a covering letter towards UGD project for along with payment of Rs. 5crore.
7. Mr. Commissioner immediately had a call with BDA's Finance member and directed them to release Rs. 5 crore and provide a covering letter stating as towards Anjanapura UGD project only and to proceed with its related tender process. Since, Finance Member was already out of Office we were advised to go and meet BDA's Chief Account Officer (CAO) to get this materialized.
8. Team AFERWA rushed to CAO's chamber and explained all, CAO has called Finance Member and get confirmed about Rs. 5 crore payment release Further extension UGD project. After this, CAO called BDA South Executive Engineer to send Anjanapura Further Extension UGD file to Accounts section since they want to proceed with payment to BWSSB adn EE has agreed for the same.
The above actions were happened with the initiative of Team AFERWA's continuous efforts and support of honorable MP. Mr. DKS.
Team AFERWA is following up Water supply and UGD projects from more than 7 years. It was beginning from getting the land for GLR in 2011, following and getting the DPR done 2013 and many more.

Team AFERWA has met BWSSB chairman on 16th Jun @ 12:30pm Cauvery Bhavan along with honorable MP Mr. DK Suresh. Frist of our sincere thanks to Mr. DKS for his remarkable help and support towards Anjanapura Further extension developmental works.
MOM of meeting is like below,
People present: BWSSB Chairman (Mr. Anjum Pervez), Mr. DK Suresh (Honorable MP Bangalore South) Team AFERWA (Sree Gowda, Prabhakar, Munivenkatappa, Sampath Kumar, Kumar, Murugan, Sudhir and many more) & Mueen
1. Reviewed the current BWSSB work progress of the GLR and Water supply lanes work happening for 9-11th Blocks.
2. AFERWA was specific about UGD project status for 9-11th blocks and raised about its tender process status. Mr. Pervez stated we have not received neither a payment towards 9-11th blocks UGD projects from BDA nor a letter from BDA. The released money (Rs. 8 Crore) was towards bill payment for Contractor for the work which he already carried out like GLR and Water lane laying @ 9-11th blocks.
3. MR. MP & BWSSB Chairman had called BDA commissioner Mr. Shyam Bhat over telephone and asked about budget allocation status towards Rs. 27 Crore UGD project for 9-11th Blocks (only for Anjanapura Further Extension). BWSSB Chairman wanted payment at least of Rs. 5 crore for Cauvery water supply and Rs. 5 crore for Further extension UGD works to starts it tender process. Mr. Bhat expressed to arrange for Rs. 5 crore due to shortage of funds in BDA. Mr. MP has told commissioner, now AFERWA team will come and meet you about this.
4. After the call Mr. MP & Mr. Pervez advised to AFWERVA team to get Rs. 5 crore along with a enclosed letter from BDA stating that the amount is towards specific to Anjaanpura Further extension UGD project. Then only we will be able to call tender.
5. As per honorable MP direction, team AFERWA immediately called BDA commissioner secretary and got an appointment to meet Mr. Bhat about Anjanapura Further Extension UGD Project.
6. Team AFERWA met BDA commissioner at around 1:40pm to 2pm on same day and explained and requested to provide a covering letter towards UGD project for along with payment of Rs. 5crore.
7. Mr. Commissioner immediately had a call with BDA's Finance member and directed them to release Rs. 5 crore and provide a covering letter stating as towards Anjanapura UGD project only and to proceed with its related tender process. Since, Finance Member was already out of Office we were advised to go and meet BDA's Chief Account Officer (CAO) to get this materialized.
8. Team AFERWA rushed to CAO's chamber and explained all, CAO has called Finance Member and get confirmed about Rs. 5 crore payment release Further extension UGD project. After this, CAO called BDA South Executive Engineer to send Anjanapura Further Extension UGD file to Accounts section since they want to proceed with payment to BWSSB adn EE has agreed for the same.
The above actions were happened with the initiative of Team AFERWA's continuous efforts and support of honorable MP. Mr. DKS.
Team AFERWA is following up Water supply and UGD projects from more than 7 years. It was beginning from getting the land for GLR in 2011, following and getting the DPR done 2013 and many more.

There has not been any development work happening in ANJANAPURA BDA LAYOUT,We have Just not given letters and requested but We have done lot of GROUND work physically running almost every alternate day and getting papers moved from BWSSB TO BDA And Again BDA TO BWSSB , If Some one needs a Justification to this we shall surely take them to the BDA Commissioner and BWSSB CHAIRMAN to Clear their clarifications ,
WATER PIPELINE TENDER AND GLR CONSTRUCTION PAYMENT FOLLOW UP TO GET RS 8 CRORE RELEASED Was not a easy job ,Inspite of BWSSB chairman ,BWSSB Chief Engineer Projects request the BDA had not paid,Later I had taken the issue to Hon'ble M.P.Shri .D.K.Suresh Anna ,Only after his phone call to BDA Commisioner and everyday follow up since almost 2 months we were successful in getting APPROVAL FOR FLOATING UGD AND STP FOR ALL BLOCKS ANAJANAPURA TENDER BY BWSSB,
The Finance Member had already stated that Rs 5 crore shall be given in a week time during our follow up last week for which he has released now ,
also during Tuesday Meeting after our Hon'ble MP shri D.K.SURESH ANNA spoke along with BWSSB chairmain to the BDA commissioner ,after which the payment was agreed ,
Our Hon'ble MP shri D,K.SURESH ANNA had told to release RS 5 CRORE FOR UGD AND STP and Rs 5 crore for The ongoing water pipeline project ,
But BDA has just released Rs 5 crore ,we will follow up for another Rs 5 crore to be given at the earliest,
LBSNRWA has DONE LOT OF PRELIMINARY GROUND WORK TO GET UGD AND STP tender happen ,Right from following up with DPR Which was rejected by the EM (BDA CHIEF ENGINEER )MR.NAYAK due to non availability of proper SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT DRAWING in October last year 2014,Later in JANUARY 2015 STP drawing was again prepared by BWSSB and handed over to BDA , After our daily follow up with BDA Commissioner The matter was taken in board in FEBRUARY 2015,
Finally the UGD and STP got approval from BDA BOARD MEETING ,
After the Matter was passed in BDA BOARD MEETING , BWSSB STRICTLY DENIED THAT THEY SHALL NOT CALL FOR UGD AND STP TENDER UNLESS THEY GET WATER PIPELINE AMOUNT ,AGAIN FROM MARCH 2015 ,WE STARTED FOLLOWING UP WITH BDA COMMISSIONER AND FINANCE MEMBER ,THE FINANCE MEMBER,BDA, told that they are in shortage of funds and every week they told the same Reason ,In May 2015 Our Hon'ble M.P.SHRI D.K.SURESH ANNA intervened and instructed BDA commissioner to release Payment for ON GOING water pipeline and GLR construction project in ANJANAPURA ,First part payment of Rs 3 crore was given ,Then after EVERY ALTERNATE DAY FOLLOW UP ALMOST ONE MONTH LATER Rs 5 crore was released with a Promise that this week Rs 5 crore shall be released to BWSSB ,WE HAD A FOLLOW UP ALMOST EVERY ALTERNATE DAY ,but did not post anything here for the reason being very simple ,....."SUCCESS HAS MANY FATHERS , FAILURE IS AN ORPHAN",.....ONLY GOD AND PEOPLE WHO SEEN LBSNRWA work know the fact,

We thank one and all and Especially Our HON'BLE M.P.SHRI D.K.SURESH ANNA And TEAM LBSNRWA For Continuous Follow up in getting The First Rs 8 crore of the previous water pipeline tender , and Rs 5 crore for UGD and STP tender,

When AFERWA (Anjanapura Further Extension Residents Welfare Association) team met with BWSSB on 30th Jun, BWSSB Chairman has expressed inability to call for UGD tender for Further Extension (for 9-11th Block Only) due to BBMP's poll of conduct is in place. Due to Supreme Court’s day before yesterday’s order, now the BBMP election has moved to future date and this has revoked Code of Conduct and now, it has no restriction to float a tender for Further Extension UGD Project.
AFERWA should work towards utilizing this opportunity and get the tender floated in a week or two. Till now AFERWA has done fantastic job and should not mind for any critics by Success claiming fathers.
I am sure, AFERWA can get the tender floating job done at during this month. Let’s work together to get another Important development feather to Anjanapura Further Extension.
Because of AFERWA's efforts (along with MP Sri. D.K. Suresh kind help), Rs. 37Lakh was given to supply Cuavery water to 9-11Blocks in Tankers till Permanent arrangement is made. Now, AFERWA has also agreed to share this Tanker Water with other block (1-8th) on humanitarian grounds. Legally no amount has not got sanctioned to supply of water to 1-8th block. Since 1-8th blocks are also neighbors of Further Extension & this has not been objected. If anybody objects this (assume not AFERWA), Tanker Water supply may stop to 1-8th blocks. Since budget is allocated only for 9-11th blocks and it should be used for the purpose as per law. When this Budget was allocated only AFERW was exist and no other Associations were not even born to claim this. This is universal truth, based on facts somebody cannot deny this.
AFERWA's immediate Goal is to get UGD tender floated. The other major goals in pipeline are connecting 80Ft road to BG road & asphalting of 9-11th blocks all roads (After UGD Project Execution).
We all should work together to get more, if we really have only develpoment has an agenda. Nobody has plan for any personal goals in AFERWA, everyone in AFERWAe is either retired or working comon peoples
