Thought of knowing your opinion w.r.t investing at 3rd A block and ongoing rates over there.Came to know that an apartment project maangalya prosper is coming up there

I am also looking for plot in 3rd block, last week a broker quoted 3000/sft near mangalya appt, I am also interested to know the prices, and will this be a good location for house construction in 2 years, I see many houses nearby to the appt, roads are also tarred,

Forget the brokers. Deal with the owner directly. Anything less than Rs 2500 is a pretty good deal.
