Reg BDA allotment

Post by karthink »

Hi,
If I buy a BDA site (either from the direct allotte or a reseller) and if later BDA finds that the allotee was not eligible for this site as he violated the rules (I have pasted below the rules from BDA site for getting BDA allotment).

What would be the status of the purchase? Does one need to verify any document in this aspect before purchasing the site? That seem to be impossible isnt it? I know my friend's relative and he has got two BDA sites, one in his name and one in his wife's name. He said dont worry and many people are in similar situation.

Can someone give some more details regarding this subject?

Thanks
Karthik
