I am glad to announce that, the next and all the subsequent monthly meetings have been shifted to first Sunday of the month on member's demand . Lets meet on 3rd August in the layout same timings.

We have immense pleasure to announce that due to our constant follow up and persual with BWSSB officials and Support of Hon .M.P D.K.SURESH ANNA,We could Add another 1 tanker exclusive to cater Further Extension 9,10 and 11 blocks, Good news is that there is also a standby tanker with bwssb which shall cater only when required and free by these bwssb ,At the moment 2 exclusive tankers.

At the Moment 1 tanker is catering water to Anjanapura further extension Whose vehicle Registeration no -KA04D5239,
Another tanker number excluisve shall commence within 10 days whose registeration number is KA01D9896,
Stand By Tanker Number is CAC 244,

Also ,A good news to all Anjanapura Further Extension is that Our Association LAL BAHADUR SHASTRI NAGAR RESIDENT WELFARE ASSOCIATION (BDA LAYOUT 1 TO 11 BLOCKS),ANJANEYA TEMPLE, NEAR VAJRAMANI ESTATE,BANGALORE,Has been henceforth Officially AUTHORISED by BANGALORE DEVELPOMENT AUTHORITY ,to Monitor and Supervise the supply of water through tankers to Anjanpura Further Extension 9 ,10 and 11 blocks,Thanks to Hon.M.P.D.K.SURESH ANNA,

An official letter has been submitted BDA to BWSSB and BWSSB has accepted it and henceforth sent it to respective offices ,

Dear All,
We have immense pleasure in announcing that the Financial Bid for ANJANAPURA FURTHER EXTENSION PROVIDING OF PIPELINES has been opened by BWSSB today ,Immediately after Board Meeting the work order shall be Issued after which the work shall start ,But for GLR the financial bid is still not opened,,We are sure to overcome this hurdle also in a short span of time,

There are lot of other Important development works which needs to be taken on priority ,

Hello Everyone,

Every New & Existing Association has its own vision & style of functioning, End of day result matters. Collaborative thinking & appraising each other efforts are the actual contribution to social work & will get recognized by individuals & residents.

To New Members - You can join any association that is nearer to your site/residence. Don't waste your time/get confused too much on this.

Aside AFERWA/ATOWA/LSBRNWA/KSHEMA/11th Block & 4th Block Associations -
My suggestion, Please exchange your efforts & followup you do regularly with Govt organization among each other. This will help to put additional pressure to Govt dept & pays us result isn't it so? Hope you should co-ordinate with each other.

Let many more new association & social activist come forward in order to contribute for Anjanapura BDA layout development.

Your impeccable contribution will be highly appreciated by each & every site owners/residents.

I'm concerned & Shall talk to you people personally on this.

Dear All Residents/Owners of Further Extension (9-11th Block),

If we see fast few posting in this and other blogs, So called just 3-4 weeks old ..ABCD..Associations and XYZ..persons are trying to snatch and showcase Team AFERWA's 7+ months efforts as their achievements. This is what the our country's so called netas does anyway we can not stop them. But AFERWA would like to say in single sentence, it is working hard to build developed Further extension, to know and help each resident without any indirect or Political expectations. Since non of AFERWA team/members are not the tails of any great politicians, we respect and follow each Political persons equally as required to get our work done.

I am just attaching a letter written by BDA south Executive Engineer to BWSSB Chief Engineer on 7th Jun 2014 (Can ABCD association disclose their registrations date?) after following up many times from last 6+ months, about supply temporary Cauvery water supply to Anjanpura Further Extension. This letter speaks, who is AFERWA and what AFERWA is doing and how much effort it has to put to get this facility and any common person can understand this and put question themselves why others are trying to steal this control from AFERWA using bad political pressure?

We are not interested in bad competition but like to convey the fact at the mean time.

We have our Next Monthly meeting @ No. 172, 9th Block Anjanapura Further extension on 3rd Aug 2014 by 9:30am. For any more clarification about further meeting details please contact Mr. Hemachandra(9343447183) & Chandan. This is as part of going and conducting meeting at each block to understand Residents real time issues.

Hi friends,
Some of you must have seen Nitesh builders fencing opposite to BDA complex. I heard that they are beginning apartment construction soon. Are there any members in this forum who have invested in this apartment? What can we expect in terms of development of 7th block and 3rd block in 3-4 years time? I am sure site prices will increase once construction begins. So it is good news for 7th and 3rd block owners.

It goes both ways. First the positive - Apartments attract a lot of people towards an area. Vendors will move in to cater to these people. Thus the area will develop relatively fast. The biggest negative is that apartments are resource(especially water) hungry. Generally, the more apartments you have in an area, the less the water table.

Agree with you, Plotguy. However, I don't think water table will be affected much because I don't see many apartment complexes coming up in Anjanapura. Since this is a BDA layout, most of the land is already marked and it wont be easy for any developer to have access to a sizable piece of land. Technically, this Nitesh apartment is on the fringe between JP Nagar 9th Phase and Anjanapura BDA layout.
