too high - my cousin bought for 1950 in 2008 and is still reeking under loss - under loan the cost goes up to 2400 /sq ft now- one of my other cousins bought for 1450 in 2007.
I think around 1100 is fair rate

In some areas, govt value has exceeded the market value. Anjanapura is an area where the guidance value and market value are close
Jairam21 wrote:Hello All,
Please let me know what is the ongoing rates fo BDA sites in Anjanapura?? The govt guidance value is 1100 per sqft.

Hello Jairam,
It depends on the location & dimension of the site, whether its close to the main road and other conditions the rate varies between 1500 and 2000.
however you can always negotiate.

Hello fiatprakash,
I had been to this area about a month back looking for site, the brokers were quoting around 2000/sft. for 30X40 site. Even i had the same question as to what will be the water level and how deep we need to dig for water?
Thanks & Regards
