Where to pay taxes for Anjanapura Layout

Could you please let me where I pay BBMP taxes for Anjanapura site?

Or
if you have the challan , in dedicated banks ( corporation banks in general I guess )
If you dont have the challen, visit Banashakari BDA office, and collect the challan and then pay it at the bank.

Thanks... I had tried in the past with BBMP... self-asessment, but had not succeeded. Let me check through the website; Will update the group for info of fellow participants

I paid my taxes on https://propertytax.bdabangalore.org/ I noticed this year BDA has charged maintenance fee of
Rs 1800 / - for 1200 sqft site and RS 2400 for 2400 sqft site.

Did any one notice this in there tax receipts?
why is BDA charging maintenance fee?
