Hi,
I won the auction bid which is happened on 03-Nov-2020, paid challen within 3 days of the time limit but still did not get confirmation letter, Is any one got the confirmation letter to pay rest of 75% amount?

The second query is how and what is process of site registration? how much approximate cost for 30*40, 20*30? Do we need to bribe BDA officials to get it done the registration? how much approximate they ask?

Third query is from which bank it is good to get the loan for the rest of 75%?

congrates , normally it takes around a month after you make 25 % payment please wait until then after wards visit BDA office for further follow up

I got confirmation letter today i.e. after waiting long 20 days exactly from the date I submitted 25% challan amount.

Query TDS amount payable is 0.0 Rs since auctioned amount is less than 50Laks, does it really require to get 26QB , and 16B form and submit to BDA in this case?

Yes received confirmation letter through email, but not yet got hard copy through post.
Appreciate reply of someone who got hard copy through post/courier.

Allotment will be issued once we pay 100% amount I think.

Expecting reply from someone who knows complete process from getting confirmation letter till registration. Will be gratefull to him

by this time you should have hard copy via speed post , or else check with BDA ..

Yesterday I got the hard copy of the confirmation letter.
Can you please explain me how much approximate we have to pay for the site registration?

hi Mkm ,

I don't know the exact amount, it seems like around 5-6 % of the total value that u paid until now.
Please check with the FM team while you plan to visit the office to deposit the 75 % confirmation challen and also update here so that it will help others

Update:

Hi Guys,

Today I paid 75 % of site amount, and submitted a challan to FM, they told me that I would get sale draft through postal address. and they furnish details of registration date and next process in that postal letter it seems.

Note: I took LIC loan for 75 percent amount.
