How much the seller is quoting for 30x40 in 21st Block? BDA sites in Arkavathy layout are mostly litigation sites. Visit BDA after 3PM to get correct details. Spend some money to collect, genuine data. Get details under RTI, in 30 days they share document copies. but you have to wait.

If the property in question is in litigation, better not to go for it.
I was just looking at a bda property in sampigehalli, 2nd block, Arkavathy layout.
Legally, everything checks out, but after inquiring with the adjacent villagers, I was informed that the original owner's family had filed a case, even after having been given the 60:40 compensation.
If the case judgement is in their favour, then the land will be denotidied, and you will be left high and dry.
