Which block/sector is best in NPKL to buy site

Hi sir,
I am genuine buyer , I'm looking for 30*40 site in NPKL. Which block and sector is best that will have fast development and why in kempe Gowda layout .

Hi Karthik
You cannot buy a plot in npl from BDA unless you had applied and you have been alloted a site there...
It is best you can buy a plot in a pvt layout approved by BDA.
I have no idea which block in NPKL develops better in the future!
I feel the whole NPKL develops really well with good connectivity

it seems like u r activly looking for 30*40 in SIR MV layout and also NPKL ... did you manage to get something in SIR MV layout or u moved on and now NPKL ,,, NPKL is vast Area startging from Magadi to mysore road .. which got lot things including Big instantiations Private awesome layout like KNS , BDA appartments , lakes ,parks including BBMP waste mananment processing , graveyard etc .. so it depends what is the expected outcome and affortablity ... same 30_40 near BBMP wastemanagement can be 2500 psft but much happening around 330ft road can go upto 5000 rs psft again it depens type of faceing ,extra land , park , ground around etc ... let us know what is u r expectation and the amout u like to spend
