Any 50x80 sites for sale in Kempegowda layout?

There is no demand for 50:80 sites in Kempegowda layout. Whoever applies, every one gets allotment in their first attempt itself. Since it has a lock in period (Lease), no option for resale. Either you need to wait for next round of subscription or alternately You can try for buying 2 adjacent sites of lesser dimensions (incentive sites like 60:40 size) from the farmers directly, who got it from BDA for their land acquired for the layout formation. These sites doesn't have lock in period..

There is no time frame for BDA Activities. if you are not in a hurry, you can wait for next round of subscription call which may take 6 months to 2 years
and same amount of time for the allotment process completion based on the stability of the present Government.

Alternately you can go for sites put on sale from Land Owners share, which can be bought at similar price of BDA immediately and also no Lock in Period clause, which allows you for Resale anytime.
