Hi ,

Planning to purchase & Register BDA incentive site , May i know the Registration Value or Guidance value for BDA site in New Kempegowda Layout ?
Since Government value is around 2200 per sq ft , is it the same for registration ?

Registration value is same as given by the BDA for its allottees. No option to change it unless any change in the Govt Guidance value. Also it's different for different sizes. Value of 30:40 is the cheaper & goes up for 60:40 & further for 50:80.

yep checked in sub registrar office , registration value for incentive sites is same as allotted ones . For 30*40 it comes approx 24 lakhs .
