This thread is to update everyone on the current state of the layout and where BDA is with respect to development of layout

Phase 1 of Kempegowda layout lacks development currently. Its been over 2 years and the land has become barren forest land again. Only 2 roads are being done. Hoping the BDA does develop this layout.
Now they have announced another phase2 of the layout. Hard to understand why another layout when current one itself has no development and BDA says no money left.

Block 5 status as on 25th December, 2017
All of this has again become forest land after layout development was announced 2 years ago. BDA . has not yet registered for KRERA act

Block 2 status as on 24th December, 2017
Again, you can see that no approach road, no layout development of any kind has happened. Only 2 roads have got development started across entire layout which is about 7 blocks!

There is a waste processing unit in the layout whose smell goes across all phases of it and the stench is really bad.. it happens on certain days of the week

How can they announce new layout when they are not registered with KRERA? Its illegal and can be challenged in court. As per law, you cannot advertise or launch any project if you dont register with RERA
