KNS Unatti is part of brown belt(In BDA plan)

Hi all,
I had bee to KNS unaati last week, from the BDA plan serve no 42(unatti)is part of the brown belt(Industrial area), is it to safe to buy the property in KNS unatti.

BDA has approved this property in 2014, but not sure why it's marked as industrial. This plan seems to be old one (signed by town planner, chairman, and commissioner on 25/06/2007?). Also, there are many other BDA approved layouts in that belt. I hope experts of this forum can throw more light on this.

I have refered to 2015 revised plan in that also its the same industrial zone

Are you sure it is Industrial Zone?

The Land use maps tell it is "High-Tech zone", not "Industrial". There is a difference b/w Industrial & High-Tech zone. (http://www.bdabangalore.org/PLUM2_301_mapA.pdf)

I checked the Zoning_Regulations_RMP2015 document. High-Tech zone is meant for IT, BT related activities. Please check http://bdabangalore.org/Zoning_Regulations_RMP2015f.pdf, section 7.3-c-ii.

This is the definition given for Hi-Tech Zone:

This is a priority area for establishment of activities associated with new technologies: IT, IT
Enabled Services, BT, electronics, telecom and other emerging areas and as well as services
sector organised in industry format (Back offices, etc). This zone also enables work- home –
play relationship.

what is the current rate per sqft in KNS Unnati? ANy one is planning to sell their plots here? Let me know.
