We are happy to announce,NKGL welfare association met BDA chairman today and we given requestion on behalf of all allottees to BDA chairman,Mr,Suresh Kumar(MLA Rajajinagar,Ex-Law minister) lead our committee members...we will hear some good news in some day....

Our association meeting is scheduled on sunday(8/01/17) at BU campus food court,Janabharathi at 8 AM IST. We will be discussing the points we discussed with chairman and we will also in touch with banks for group loan facility for our allottess.Please attend meeting and make use of bank facility.

Points we discussed with BDA chairman....

1) Plot rate reduction
2) Staggered Payment for rest of the Amount for all allottees.
3) BDA needs to execute sale deed instead of “Lease cum Sale Deed”
4) Litigation free Layout, Blocks and Sites
5) Amenities and facilities of layout
6) Sigehalli waste treatment plant issue
7) Sample Case Study: litigation site allotted to allotees

Mr Suresh Kumar written letter to CM,Bengaluru Development Minister Mr, geroge, BDA Chairman Mr,Venkatesh and BDA commissioner today and he said he will he will follow up on this….Letter is with association both whatsapp and telgram groups…

This is to inform BDA "Board Meeting is scheduled on 25th(Wednesday,Our requestion like Plot rate reduction,staggered payment,Time extension from for full payment and Development will be discussed.

Jan 24th is an important day to all nadaprabhu kempegowda layout allottee.

Please turn that on grateful day. See how big we are (layout allottees). Do your part. BDA should get to know that we are watching their moves. It will be MLA Suresh Kumar talking on behalf of allottees questioning BDA on our demands. For which BDA has scheduled Board meeting the 25th. To have positive out come.

As a association will be gathering and we will submit one more requestion about our demands to BDA Chairman and commissioner to put pressurize to discuss our issues and concerns during their board meeting.

Please plan on 24 to visit BDA head office with your family and friends to show our strength which will benefit all allottess.. Do not miss this opportunity. Let us put pressure on bda. I will update the time may be by tomorrow.

Let us make it successful. Strength required is around 300 people.

Thanks all for Joining yesterday....BDA board meeting is scheduled on Feb 1st week,Commissioner told everything will be discussed and they will propose the amendments to existing rules to relax conditions put by BDA...

What happened to all the people? did they pay for KG layout or took back the amount?
