am looking out on any BDA approved layout sites around sulikere/ proposed kempegowda layout.

Advise/Suggestion:
Please check and discuss with Owners who have loss their land for formation of KG Layout.
Please deal directly with land owners to bye BDA site from the former. BDA is distributing sites to former with NOC certificate. Former can sell the site next day only after the allocation.

KNS Unnti developer is charging 3000Rs charges per sft. Discussed with developers today.

How much is it in 1st block SMV layout? Any idea? Not what is quoted..but actual price
