Kempegowda layout notification

Dear All,

Last visited the layout, they have formed up to 9 th block. Naming and numbering started in the layout. Approximately 10K sites are formed in the layout.
All blocks are ll' to NICE ring road. All roads are very good and wide roads.

Hi All,

I need information on provisional allotment what all they consider while allotting for state government Employee , my case is : my father has applied for BDA site with DOB : Nov 1956 and 3 previous attempts + current one. according to list he should have got allotment. my question here is on what basis seniority is considered ( age , no. of attempts ., ?).
Please let me know if I can raise a complaint on the same with BDA.(is it valid case)

Does any one know the process to get the initial deposit back? How long does it take? Does BDA pay any interest because they have taken 6 months as oppose to 3 months?
