Dear All,
It may not be a good idea to buy a DC converted site which Maxworth is offering, cos all these areas where Maxworth has layouts are within BIAPPA jurisdiction. Though u may get site at a cheaper rate, u always carry a risk of not being an authorised layout recognised by BIAPPA. Moreover, u may not get any civic amenities. However Maxworth do have BIAPPA approved layout, but the progress on all these layouts laying out infrastructure has been very very slow.....
Make a wise decision....always...BUY ONLY BIAPPA APPROVED SITES IN BANGALORE NORTH....
thanks
george

George, they do advertise many of their layouts to be BIAAPA approved- is there a risk in these layouts too?

Sorry for the delay in response...Yes Maxworth do have BIAPPA approved sites and they come with a different price....Higher price for BIAPPA sites and throw away price for DC sites....check for the valid BIAPPA approved papers before u buy any BIAPPA and also check for release letter of BIAPPA for the plots u gonna buy...

Anyone has purchased or visited MAX MEADOWS near Yelahanka - Please let me know your thoughts. Is it in a good/posh location and closer to any metro stations planned to come in the future. Is the project fully developed? Any details anyone can share here would be appreciated. Thanks.
