Hi All,

There was a news update on Akrama-Sakrama scheme in Vijaya Karnataka dtd.19-Oct-11.
There it is mentioned that govt.officials have prepared the answers and required preperations made for the queries asked by governer.And governer is likely to sign on the scheme in 1st or 2nd week of Nov if all goes well and as planned

I dont think it would be this quick. There are some petions which are pending with the judiciary since ages. Unless that gets cleared the governor will not move an inch. And above all, these are political games..

Most likey they will implement in dec 2012 (6 months before elections) to get votes
