Plan layout verification

Hi Praveen,

Recently I have come acccross a property , where builder has obtained plan from BBMP for 32 housers as apartment complex and now actually contructing the 20 bigger houses with the same FAR as of 32 for which he got the plan sactioned. Apart from this there are deviations in setback also. Builder is saying since FAR is same it will not be a problem and he is also saying he will get the OC as well. What is your suggestion??
