Reg house construction without plan approval

Hello,
What would be the consequences of constructing a house on a plot without getting building plan approval. I have a site which has only B khata and have applied for Akrama-Sakrama. Due to some reason (not sure what is it exactly) I am unable to get A khata. I am planning to construct exactly according to the BBMP rules & guidelines without any violation, and the layout is a very well formed layout with all big sites and a lot of open space.
