Taking back Akrama-Sakrama money

Hello all,
I am planning to take back the money I paid for Akrama-Sakrama (which seem to be hopeless). Can someone tell me what is the procedure? Is it hassle free or one has to run around to get this back. It is our hard earned money these BBMP guys are enjoying. Where should I go to get this money back. Any directions regarding this is greatly appreciated.
