just found an update on ecopackindia's blog. hearing postponed to 25th july 2011.

Yes, I too see it. It seems like a never ending story... But this time atleast they have kept the hearing in almost 1 months time unlike the 2 months time earlier.

It is going to be october 24th .... But as usual, i guess it will again get postponed.. there does not seem to be an end to it....

Thanks for the response, Is there anything we can do about this - the thing getting postponed for ever? Is it possible to file a public interest litigation asking for speeding up this?
