When does the BDA and BBMP portal be available to pay property taxes?
Also, anyone know how to pay taxes for corporation or panchayat sites?

Hi,
For paying panchayat sites tax, you need to approach local panchayat office only with last paid receip & panchayathi katha .
They are not accepting in cash anymore, it has to be epay via upi. Make sure you carry latest paid receipt otherwise they will consider only from the available records if non they will consider from layout formation day.
Panchayathis that come under urban has increased the property taxes by 4times ( last info as on April 2024 )
