Apartment khata transfer in BSK 3rd Stage

Hi friends,
I need help in transferring khata to into my name of an apartment that I bought a year ago. if you know someone who could do all the leg work for me at a reasonable cost, would appreciate if you could share. The apartment is located in Chikkallasandra, Uttarahalli Main Road. I would like this work to be done before this FY23 property tax window opens up.
