City Ville - Inputs

City Ville, which is Villament property near to Hulimavu Lake, adjacent Tejaswini Nagar.

Has anyone visited this property, i guess few families are already living there.

i am not sure about distance from Hulimavu Lake, it appears to be pretty close.

any inputs/insight will help.
