Hi All,

I need your inputs on the below costs

1. Architect costs for a BDA site measuring 20 by 30 ft. working plan + architect plan
2. Cost of plan approval in BDA. pls provide break up of the actual fee and extra fees

and any pointers to good architects who have designed homes in smaller plots with full utilization of available space.
