I have successfully paid the property tax for the year 2018 - 19. After successful completion of the payment, receipt is also generated automatically.

Thanks. Even i paid BDA property tax online today. It was quick took just 5 minutes to complete full process.

Hi All , I have completed my house construction and needed a few clarifications ,

2015 - 2016 - Vacant land tax to be paid
2016 - 2017 - Construction started and finished
2017 - 2018 - House tax to be paid

how do I pay tax ? can I pay directly on the bbmp website for both vacant site and the house constructed ? also do I need to pay tax in 2016 - 2017 fo r site or for house ?

further post completion of house do we need a completion certificate from BBMP or not ? please note that mine is A khata and I have obtained proper BBMP plan approval.
