BBMP RTI

Can someone please guide me how to file a RTI with BBMP? Bangalore one is not accepting it and the ward office doesn't help either

Learnt it the hard way..here is how to do one

Go to a post office, get a pay order for rs 10
Use the RTI proforma available on BBMP website, fill in the contents
Be very clear what answer your require and keep the question as brief as possible
Address it to the information officer and send the proforma, all relevant document photocopy, and the pay order by registered post
Usually you will get a response in 28 days
If not, you can a send a reminder.

Found that sending a post is more effective than visiting office in person

Thank you. What is there on BBMP Website is high level information. There is no form available or specify BBMP centers where RTI form is provided or accepted. Also, Online RTI is a 3rd party site. I am not comfortable sharing personal information with them. Would you know which BBMP offices accept an RTI application?
