Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) HIG I vs HIG II

Hi,

I understand that there are different categories that Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) allots sites to based on the income: EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG. However I noticed that similar dimension sites for the same price per sft are allotted under HIG I and HIG II. I am unable to differentiate between them. Could someone aware of it throw some light on the matter?
