Plot loan for DC converted sites under bbmp

Hi ,

I am planning to buy a site near yelahanka , under a bbmp limits.
This layout is DC converted and betterment charges paid for layout.

I want to know will any nationalized banks like HDFC , ICICI gives loan for plot ?
or composite loan ?
