Need Advise/Plot Buying

Hello Guys

I am new to this forum and would like to know some information here.

I am looking for a plot in Note Bangalore, preferably in and around Thanisandra,Off hennur road,Kothanur and K narayanapura. I am particular in buying a plot which has all the necessary approvals(BBMP, BDA, BMRDA, whichever is appropriate) and A-Khata land.

Please let me know if you know any plot or layout. If there is some layout that is supposed to be launched sooner(in 3-4 months) time, I can try that as well..

Do a visit in those area and find out the information about those layout online.
Check the reviews and make a wise decision based on your experience.
Suggest to go for only A katha Approved layouts only
