India's property hangover
Re: India's property hangover
Real estate field in India is not a professional sector and a very unorganized & highly cartelized sector among the Developers/Builders/Politicians/Bureaucrats, Banks & Black Money plays a vital role here.
In Bangalore itself an estimated inventory of 1.5 to 2 Lakh unsold flats are there. But it doesn't make any difference to the buyer as seller always quotes inflated price
which is always above the market's affordability.
Fortunately one good person Late D.K Ravi started working against such greedy elements just 4 months back to help the Govt and the common people. But he paid a huge price for his good work.
