Sites in Sai City Layout - Jigani Anekal Road

Hi All,
Please let me know if any body considering buying a site in Sai City Layout - Jigani Anekal Road ?
It's a DC converted Layout. Does this mean this is BMRDA or Anekal Town planning authority approved ?
Any know problems in this layout ?
How is the overall future prospective ?
