Hello All,

Do all KHB allocated sites come with clause (cannot sell for X years?) I am looking for KHB site outside bangalore.
How do i get to know if the allottee can re-sell as soon as he gets it registered in his name.



Further i would also like to know, Do i need to get NOC from KHB when i am buying a re-sale KHB site?

No idea about the NOC. In the sale deed the clause will be mentioned and sale deed will be mentioned as Conditional Sale deed, after lock in period expires the allottee has to again register it as Absolute Sale deed
