bbmp plan approval charges

I will soon be going for plan approval for construction on my plot. plot is bda approved and now under bbmp with khata in my name. I am a bit confused as to how much it usually costs for plan approval. after searching in the forum I see some posts mentioning costs in range of 20-25k and others paying charges like road cutting etc and paying nearly 75k. can you please help me understand why there is such a big difference.

If your plot already has electricity, water supply you need to provide a letter from your association or layout developer stating the same. In this case road cutting charges and cauvery water cess can be avoided which would otherwise come to approximate 20-25k. This maybe the difference that you are finding when you read different threads.
Other than this you will have drawing charges, cess etc and (if needed) unofficial charges.
