Khata and Khata Extract

I am in the process of getting my documents ready for house plan approval.
I found that we need Khata and Khata extract.
Can someone please let me know how to know which is khata and which is khata extract.
I have khata transferred to my name and got 3 documents :

1. Suvrana Khata - Uttara Patra (ಉತ್ತರ ಪತ್ರ)
2. Khata certificate \ PramaaNa Patra(ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ)
3. One more document which says Mane mattu khali jaagagala dakhale (ಮನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಖಾಲಿ ಜಾಗಗಳ ದಾಖಲೆ )

Is any of the above khata extract? (hope so )
Also how old the khata extract can be for submitting for plan approval. All 3 above are from June 2013. Would this be sufficient?

By whatever you have stated you already have Khata and Khata Extract, but for plan approval you need both which are less than 6 months old. You can apply for the same and get it within 7-10 days.
