Purchase of Land

Hi All,

I am purchasing a 30X40 Plot in Kogilu Agrahara Village which is near to Vidhanasoudha layout, the Plot is DC converted, BDA NOC. I have negotiated for 1930 per sqft. is it correct amount i have negotiated?...
