feedback about opal shelters

first point is, this post is not a duplicate thread for other thread on same topic ...

i would like to know the current situation.

Any feedback about opal shelters, hindarahalli ... is it worth to purchase at a cost of 3000rs per sqft in that area, even though its a BDA site ...

if any body know about alternatives, please let me know in that area ...
