There is a gossip going around in the city that the land prices are likely to increase very soon, with immediate effect after the guidance value is revised by state govt. from 1st Aug'13. People possessing residential plots are being advised to hold onto their reins and never even dream of selling the plots in near future, due to the fact that prices are going to shoot up very soon.

Many investors and plot buyers who have been on the hunt to buy properties are seemingly speeding up the process to clinch deals from sellers. Sellers on the other hand are being vigil and opting "Wait and Watch" situation in near future.
