i have an offer from a seller for a 60x40 plot in BEML 5th stage in rajarajeswarinagar at 2500/sft. can anyone advise me whether i can buy in this layout, whether this is a good layout with good connectivity to various parts of bangalore. any particular disadvantage?? quick reply will be appreciated.

Can you let us know what happened to the BEML 5th stage site? Did you buy it and what was the final price. I am also looking for a site in the same area..appreciate your inputs.

Hi,
i didnt buy the site. cauvery water connecion has been extended as i understand partially to the layout. wasnt sure if this site was covered. also it was a little too distant for me. it was intended for my son and i stay at basaveswaranagar. so dropped the idea of buying in that area for the present.
