A decent locality to live in Bangalore

Hi there!

I am looking for a decent locality to buy a plot in Bangalore - preferably West, South or North Bangalore. The primary concern is to ensure that basic amenities (elec, water, roads, buses/metro) are available and grocery stores are close by. Looking in the price range of 3000/sq ft. My quick research shows that areas like Rajarajeswari Nagar, Annapurneswari layout, some areas of Nagarbhavi can be considered.

Please let me know if you can broaden my knowledge on other good localities.. Thanks very much,
