I looking to buy a site in Nandanavana Layout.
I have heard good things about the layout. It may not be fully developed for the price but Developer has good standing..
The question for me is buy from Developer vs Private buyers (second sale).
My preference is to buy from Developer as
- I am not seeing many private sellers (north or east)
- there is always the hassle of getting things verified and seeing the deal go through
As always the Developer is quoting high prices Rs 1500+(40 one time)/Sq ft.
Private sellers are asking around than Rs 1200
Question is what is price (approximate price) I can ask the developer ?
Also is Developer premium of 300 -350 /sq ft worth?
Any one else bought or sold any sites in the area..for what price

I have enquired a develeloper near Nandanavana Layout -Uma shankar enclave Opp to Nandanavana - Price is around 1200
But i think you will get only south & west facing interior site for 1200-1300 range in Nandanavana!!
I am in middle of finalizing the things to buy & build the house there, Since its free from Bangalore Traffic & ideal place to stay any time after 2 years.

Check Rolling Hills from Pride Group instead of Nandanavana - Which is priced at 1000 per sqft Non-Negotiable

What is your opinion about NANDANAVANA & UMASHANKAR ENCLAVE LAYOUTS ? My friends have EAST & NORTH facing sites in both layouts 40*60 & 30*50 respectively. Anybody interested to buy can contact 94490 01718 for details.

Pride Rolling Hills is a better option here compared to others with price 1000 Per Sq/ft with amenities.
