is BDA responsible to clean up a site they sold auction??

Post by bdasites »

We are in the process of bidding a site through BDA auction and hoping to win it. the thing is , the site is in a mess, like a semi jungle, and even boundaries are not clearly visible. Is it our legal right to get BDA to clean it up before they handover to us or we have to clean it up?

BDA handovers auction sites in "as is " condition. They're accountable only for the title clearance.
Check the terms and conditions thoroughly before bidding.

Hi msn1270,

We have started bidding for a plot in HSR 2nd sector. We dont see any terms and conditions and blindly went for it thinkng its the safest bet we have. Can you please help in letting us know what we need to be careful of? We visited the site and its very nice

Dear Friend,

Read the details in the page 1 related to this auction thoroughly line by line for general T&C.
While bidding, you have to read the Detailed T&C.

Don't worry about the semi-jungle. All it takes is for 1 to 2 hours for JCB to clear it. It should cost you no more than 1500. It takes lot more time and money to enforce your legal right ( even if you have it).

It is the responsibility of the BDA to properly mark the site for you.
