latest update on this layout:
1. Had a meeting last Sunday with around 13 site owners/residents.
2. Plans jotted forthe development of the layout.
3. First step to form an association.
4. All those reading this post and own a site or house, please write back and attend the next meeting so that we can turn this to the best layout in the area.
5. Trees planted in the layout, mant street lights in place, garbage collection in place, contacts for news paper, milk all in place.

Latest Update as on 24-June-2015

1) Though there was a meeting on 30th May, till now I have seen NO action items taken by anyone.
2) Looks like no one cares about garbage collection. I am the only one who is calling the garbage folks to collect garbage. Folks are so lethargic.
3) There is a PG infront of my house and they keep throwing garbage under the building. I really do not understand whether they are really insensitive or like to live like this. I have told the building guys multiple times but they keep throwing garbage. Again, who is the one who is talking about this? ME!!!

Strange isn't it!!!! I am going to bring this in the next meeting and hoping that most of the folks support me so that we can improve the layout.

There is a BIG issue of drainage which will unearth sooner or later. I have already told the folks in the layout that this SHOULD be THE issue that they need to concentrate going further. The next meeting will be probably 1st week of July and I am hoping many of the owners turn up, including the owner(supposed to be an ACP) who owns the PG where people have no sense of living in a society.

They have collected 500 Rs from each of the folks(whoever was available). I have also collected 2000 RS from a retired ACP(another person who was kind enough to provide the money), Sir, I have not given that money as those folks have not taken any points into action. Will call you Sir for the next meeting.

I am hoping that all the individuals living here, owning a site to please keep surroundings clean be proactive to make this the BEST LAYOUT IN THE VICINITY.

More Updates
1. Now there are 11 buildings in the locality. 2 - 3 of them are almost completed. I new construction started. Nice progress.
2. Point 1 is good but there seems to be 2 PG in the layout. Its good in a way but if they do not maintain cleanliness then its a drawback.
3. Current plaln is to form an association, build an arch, clean the road edges off the plants.

Construction activities going on. Its good to see the progress. Once we form the association I am hoping that we get the drainage fixed, street lights fixed, roads fixed, cauvery water in place.

Hi All, have been busy with work in the past few months and hence no upodates:

Current updates:
1. Point 1 and 2 above remain the same.
2. We have arranged for a meeting on 18th October 2015, at 11 am in the layout. Request all those who own a site to please attend the same. We need folks who are proactive to improve this layout. I do not see much proactiveness by anyone in this layout which is quite sad. I am hoping that once we form an association, things will fall in place.
3. I have been constantly following up on garbage collection and also keep pinging the Junior health inspector. He is responsive.
4. If anyone plans to construct a house here, some of the facilities that they can avail here is milk, newspaper, internet, garbage collection(needs improvement), streetlights(request anyone who plans to construct please help fix the street light here).

Once again request all who own a site here to please attend the meeting on 18th October 2015 at 11 am in the layout. If you know anyone else who owns a site here, please pass on the message. Any help is big help here. The formation of association is the key to improvement of this layout.

1. Lot of houses have cropped up.
2. An apartment is also beg constructed here.
3. There is also a site for sale in this layout, its west facing site, quote around 5000 - 5500 psf. Do let me know if anyone is interested. I am not a broker, I am only helping another site owner here.
